Shipping Policy

Austin and Co do not offer free shipping at this stage.  

We offer you fast and reliable insured shipping depending on your location, either with Australia Post or a reliable courier service. Our utmost importance is that you get a safe delivery and therefore we cannot deliver to a PO Box address.  

We send our orders out with registered insurance, and someone will need to sign for it when your order arrives. We cannot guarantee your delivery time. If you are not home the goods may be returned to us in Sydney, and unfortunately we will have to recharge for a re-delivery.  

We take great pride in packing your item so it can arrive to you safely. We will provide a tracking for you via email.  

Click and Collect 

We also offer a click and collect service where you can pick up from our factory. We will confirm with you via email or telephone when your order is ready.  

Express Shipping  

We can also express ship your order. Please contact us for price.  

Return & Exchange Policy

Austin and Co Guitars will only refund, repair or exchange an item on the following conditions:  

• If the item you receive is faulty 

• If the item you receive is significantly different the one shown or described to you 

• If the item you receive is not doing what it is supposed to do 

We ask that you please choose carefully when purchasing, as we cannot offer a refund for a change of mind.
